I love Barbie. When I was young, my room was filled with the gorgeous dolls together with their miniature clothings, shoes, accessories, kitchen, cooking utensils, chairs, tables and even cupboards.
Yup, we are Barbie hoarders (mah sister and I) and we just love pretending to be princesses or maybe cooks or even teachers.
Alright, I can actually hear you guys... "Lame Lame.." you'd say. But hey, Barbie is every girls dream. And I do mean every single one of them (oh well, over exaggerating a little).
However, Mattel had commercialize Barbie from a toy to a collectible. At 1st, this transformation saddens me. The idea that an old grumpy woman might be playing with the dolls seemed disturbing.
But later on, I tend to agree with the majority. These beautiful things should not be kept in a child's toy box. It should be shared with the world. And thus, Mattel had taken this opportunity to produce Barbie dolls that are meant for collecting and not playing.
So, I'd embarked on the journey in search for those beautiful ladies and these are my favourites...
