Would You Write Down Your Thoughts?



Whenever there's something nagging in my mind, I tend to try and write my thoughts down to take the burden off and stop the constant mind boggling effect that's controlling my emotions as well (well, angry thoughts will definitely cultivate angry feelings). Therefore, having a book and a pen in hand does help to lift my mood, and.... improve my writing skills ^_^

I think that its really important that we are able to express our thoughts as much as possible. Be it verbally or written in black and white, the action of pouring our heart and soul can help elevate stress and increase serotonin (findings from Cindy Khor wtf).
