My New Year Resolutions


 
Save at least $500 per month



Eat at least 3 portions of fruits per day



Eat at least 3 portions of fish per week



Eat less sugar, less salt, less fatty, less caffeine every meal



Exercise at least 3 days per week, each sessions at least 15 minutes



Master Japanese by June



Learn Basic French by December



Tour at least 2 countries



Contact family and a friend once per week



Boost self confidence by reading and attending virtual courses



Pray at least once per week



Take at least 5 pictures (daily life) per week



Update Blog at least 3 times per week and Youtube once per week



Be myself and avoid caring too much how people think of me



Make new friends on Blog and Youtube



Master the skill of communication and self-expressing
